With over four decades of experience behind the camera at Kraft Foods, this seasoned professional will take you behind the scenes of what it takes to make food not only look good—but irresistible.

    About Joe Glyda: 

    Joe Glyda has been creating photographic images since he was eight years old. Joe worked for Kraft Foods of Glenview Illinois for 36 years where he served as the Digital Imaging Manager from 1993 until 2008.  Joe introduced digital photography to Kraft in 1993 and since 1999 the Creative Services Photography Studio provided Kraft with complete digital services for all advertising and promotional photography.

    Joe is a member of the Professional Photographers of America (PPA) and earned the PPA’s Master of Photography in 1988. He was awarded the Nikon Industrial Photographer of the year in 1995, and Photographic Craftsman degree in 1996. Joe received the Master Artist Degree in January 2014 from PPA as well. Joe has been teaching the art of commercial photography at various venues around the country including PPA conventions, Photoshop World, the Texas School of Professional Photography and Imaging Explorations in Canada.  Joe was also a co-chair member of the subcommittee for the FIRST Group, a flexographic printing industry committee that is dedicated to creating standards for digital photography. Joe was recently elected to be in the Camera Craftsman of America group in 2020. In 2019 Joe released his Food Photography book and in 2021 released his World War II Aviation Artwork Book featuring 34 WWII aircraft and their stories. He received his Fellowship from the American Society of Photographers in 2024.

    With more than 48 years of experience in photographic techniques and digital imaging, Joe still takes on every new project with excitement and enthusiasm. His goal is to provide you, the client, with the highest quality photographic imagery designed to create and enhance a high level of excellence and value for your business.

    About Joe:

    Joe Glyda has been creating photographic images since he was eight years old. Taking early retirement in 2009, Joe never looked back, becoming a Free Lance Photographer, working for his own company continuing to photograph mouthwatering images.

    Building Your Lights, From One  to Five: Elevate Your Lighting for a Commercial Look with Michelle Pennings, CPP, Mstr Phtgphr

    Did you attend the Dan McClanahan workshop or maybe Allison Tyler Jones? No matter who you've been learning from, THIS workshop is JUST for you! In this workshop you'll start with one light and see what it does, then add on to that and you will photograph to see exactly what each light does, while learning to control the trigger and use the lights with the appropriate camera and trigger settings.

    This exclusive class is limited to 4 people only  to ensure one on one attention and in depth learning... this is specifically about YOU building, placing and adjusting the lights for the look you want.

    Sales is at the core of everything photographers do, so knowing how to successfully light your subjects to ensure great sales results is imperative. 

    Join Jeff Dachowski, for this Lighting Presentation while he talks about lighting and sales. 

    Jeff and Carolle operate their award-winning photography studio in the heart of the historic district in Bedford, NH.  Since opening their doors in 2003, they've gained a loyal following of portrait as well as commercial clients and have striven to tell their subjects' personal stories.  They are well known for their photography of babies, children, families, high school seniors and commercial images.

    The Dachowskis are nationally recognized for their photographic excellence.  They have each earned a Master of Photography degree and the Photographic Craftsman Degrees from the Professional Photographers of America.  In addition, Jeff has also earned his Honorary Master of Photography and Master of Wedding Photography Degrees and is a Certified Professional Photographer. 





    This presentation and live demonstration will take place at Elijah's restaurant.

    You'll leave feeling confident in knowing what you're doing and refreshed after a day wrapping your hear all around the sales process, sales planning and making it all work for you.
