In this presentation, photographer Jeremy Braggs will walk through the complete color grading process—from pre-production planning and wardrobe selection to lighting, capture, and final post-processing. Drawing from principles of color theory, color harmony, and visual storytelling, you'll learn how to intentionally use color to create mood, guide viewer attention, and build stronger, more cohesive images. Rather than relying on presets or trends, this course focuses on developing a repeatable approach to color that starts before the shutter is pressed and carries through to the final edit. Whether you're creating portraits, branding imagery, fashion work, or commercial photography, you'll leave with practical techniques for seeing color differently and using it more effectively to elevate your photography. About Jeremy: Jeremy Braggs is a commercial and editorial photographer based in St. Louis, Missouri, specializing in fashion, beauty, branding, and executive portraiture. Known for his thoughtful use of color, light, and storytelling, Jeremy creates imagery that helps brands and individuals present themselves with authenticity and confidence.
Jeremy is a three-time ShutterFest speaker and educator whose presentations focus on color theory, color grading, lighting, and visual storytelling. Through both his photography and teaching, he is passionate about helping photographers develop a stronger creative voice and a more intentional approach to image-making.
